Using regional ingredients with international flavors, Chef Daniel Orr and the FARMteam work to develop recipes that appeal to a wide range of palates and budgets. There are constantly daily specials, and the menu varies according to the seasons. For every occasion or celebration, the chefs will also prepare a unique tasting menu. Enjoy house-blend coffees, daily rotating omelets, or our renowned 4th Generation Buttermilk Biscuits and Apple Butter for breakfast at the Market Café. Are you not a morning person? It's okay, FARM offers lunch Tuesday through Friday from 10:30 am to 3 pm. Our weekend brunch is provided Saturday and Sunday from 19 a.m. to 3 p.m., so make sure to reserve a spot.

Dinner service is offered Tuesday through Sunday at 5 p.m., and our daily-changing Green Plate Specials Menu keeps things interesting! From our rich and flavorful Roasted French Cut Chicken to our award-winning Lugar Burger crafted with lean local bison, we have it all. We make our own wood-stone oven and offer our freshly made pizzas hot.
